Sitka Salmon Shares is a direct-to-consumer seafood company that ensures traceable, wild-caught, and sustainable seafood.
In 2014 we took our first trip to Sitka, Alaska to capture video and photos for the burgeoning seafood company. We continued to visit Sitka annually to capture everything from boat deck cooking videos to fishermen profiles and short conservation documentaries. We spent time on multiple day fishing trips (not without a lot of time seasick unfortunately) and spent many cold hours in the processing plant to share their commitment to quality from boat to doorstep.
During Covid, we pivoted accordingly and created a series of stop-motion videos to share the values behind Sitka Salmon Shares.
