Last Man Fishing
The feature-length documentary is a cinematic look at the vastly changing seafood system through the lens of small-scale fishermen across the United States. Narrated by best-selling author Mark Bittman, the film explores the dichotomy between the industrial model and sustainable fishing methods that focus on conservation and quality.
Through production, we focused on building characters' stories that developed over time. Finally, after four years of capturing the experience of small-scale fishermen and notable grants from clothing company Patagonia, the film was released in 2020. It can be found on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services.
